This is a link to the hit trainning site. I was wondering if anyone out there does it or knows if it is worth the time and money. http://www.trainingforclimbing.com/html/hit.shtml [ This Message was edited by: brogan on 2002-01-26 14:55 ]

I like to HIT the grocery store, then HIT the crags, and finally HIT the sauce. That usually works for me. And I would like to HIT up Lisa Ann Horst too. TRADitionally yours, Addiroids

I've been doing "Special High Intensity Training" Usually I'll do a big S.H.I.T. regimen first thing in the morning. Sometimes in the afternoon - depending on diet.

I don't do HIT training, but I know a very strong climber who does, and he swears by it. -Jay

I do hit training along with my regular workouts and trust me, it works. But you have to do it right, and most importantly, you have to push yourself to failure. If you're not falling off that wall, then you're not trying. Justin
