Hi everyone this thing is so new I can't find any tech on it anywhere.

If you can find some stuff on this then I am sure we would all apreciate it.
I couldn't find it in cassin's web page nor from google.

Looks like a niffty piece of kit, weighs in at 90 grams and seems to activate at 3kn, where as a screemer goes off at 2kn. Looks bulky, but is cheap and reusable, what all climbers like.

Please take a look and post any beta you can find on this product.

I can't say anything about this particular product, but a good friend of mine who is a major wall dr. tried a similar design by Pika and said they totaly sucked. I'll have to ask him again what the problems were. I think I'll just stick to the screamers.

I just checked Pika's site and couldn't find it. I do recall the design though. Oh well!

I would assume it is intended for a via ferrata. There have been a number of products on the market for a while that are similiar to this.

Verrrry interesting. I have a whole rack of semi-deployed Screamers!

Is thing intended to be used as a Screamer?

Agreed, looks like the Petzl gear for via ferrata.

Also agreed, stick with screamers.
