Hi I'm coming over to the US to give a slide show at the Alpinist magazine bash in Boulder on the 10th of January, and thought that maybe I could do some more shows while over in the US afterterwords? Does anyone know or belong to any clubs, stores or gyms who'd be interested in a lecture on winter climbing in the Alps/Patagoniaine and a brits take on El; Cap big walls? I'm told my shows are as funny as Tim Oneil's and as crazy as Dean Potters! Anyway e-mail me at highgear55@hotmail.com if you've got any ideas. Cheers Andy Kirkpatrick

DO NOT MISS the opportunity to see Andy Kirkpatrick's slide show!!! Worldwide reviews put this as better than O'Neill and Potter. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED BY DR. PITON!

High Adventure Speciaties (Formerly Hensen Mountaineering) in Orem, Utah (near Provo) does an ice festival each year about that time. They usualy have a slide show. Mountian Works in Provo may do an event in the spring. They did a slide show last year with their "Trad Day." Their phone #'s are High Adventure (801) 226-7498 Mountain Works (801) 371-0223 There is a climbing club at BYU in Provo, but I have absolutely no contact info for you, or even myself! I sure enjoy slide shows and would love to see more of them.

Not to step on the Utah contigent, but the Ouray Ice Festival is that following week from the tenth, so maybe swing through Ouray on your way to Utah!!!! And the Colorado mountain Club has a facility that hosts large groups for this very type of thing too. Maybe even see if you can book the Boulder Theater, this type of thing goes over well.
