I wanna be a bum in Yosemite. Hopefully it'll happen next summer. Rock on.

As far as dreams go... I don't put much stock into them. I next season there will be plenty of sessions at Seneca and a roadtrip to the Gunks. Thats what I dream about when I go to bed at night.

I lived in Yosemite for my my adult life. I had to work the first 16 years of living here and always envied the folks who got to climb like fiends.

Now since 1997 I've been able to do that, except with the luxury of a place to live. Life is so good I can't stand it.

Peace

the hardest part about realizing dreams is buying the plane ticket; after that, it's cake.

being a guide 8000 m peaks and what not

when I'm in college I want to take a year to climb fall semester in Patagonia with NOLS and then spring semester taking as few classes as possible doing a study abroad in Europe. Bum my way around and climb a hell of a lot; you buy a rail pass and you can be most anywhere in a day. At the end of the semester I want to ride the Trans-Siberian Railroad across Russia and fly to Alaska and climb all summer. What kicks ass is that because I can get credit hours for NOLS and then my study abroad the only things I will be paying for is supplies and my stint in Alaska.
