I climbed on a pair of these last summer and found that they got trashed really fast. After one summer and <20 days use the sheaths was so frayed that I retired them. As far as I'm concerned this is an absurdly short life span for any rope, and definetly not worth the price, even if it's a little less than some other half ropes.
