Hello Everyone I have some small blue colored pulleys rated at 10kn on both sides of the centered wheel. Picked them up awhile ago at REI and since have forgotten who made them. My question is 10kn strong enough to use for hauling loads for aid? Should I be using a higher rated pulley? If so what Kn rating on pulleys would be considered safe to use. Thanks for any advice .

You'll be fine with 10kn. A large main pulley is prefered to the small blue ones for an easeir haul. Back your haul up! Ready to Haul!

I have hauled 300+ lbs with a wall hauler for 32 pitchs. which is rated under 10 kn. IF you haul properly, any pulley made for climbing is strong enough. That's why it was made for climbing. If you don't haul properly, WATCH OUT!!!!!
