Originally I posted this message in hopes of finding directions to Sex Wall. Well, I found them from a different source, but I'd like to leave this post, to give climbers the heads up that Norfolk and Southern fines climbers on their property. Therefore, climbing should not be done there. [ This Message was edited by: rwaltermyer on 2002-03-07 08:20 ]

Randy, If you're looking for the wall out in York, good luck.Me and my son looked for it for a bit the last time we were at chickies.Like you,all we found was rock, not the GREAT wall that is rumored in the "Routes" section here.Keep looking though,it HAS to exist.Let me know if you succeed. Hi Randy, DUH,I guess I should have looked at the link for the area you were looking for.The description IS chickies rock.I have heard many times of the sex wall there,so it must be.I was thinking of the hidden area around York that is in the routes section. I'll ask a couple of the guys around here that climb there to confirm, but,I'm pretty sure that's what it is. Climb Happy Mitch

finding this place is hard, but avoiding the fines for trespassing is even harder. i was chased out of the area the one time i went there (before i could even start climbing), and luckily escaped the fines. i've known people that weren't as lucky. there're directions on climbingsource.com, however my advice would be to avoid that place, and maybe someday the access to this area will be opened. the more climbers that get caught trespassing though the less likely this will be.

dogen...you're exactly right. Stay out. Join the PAC http://www.paclimbers.com and enjoy the rock once the details are resolved.

The Sex Wall is not near Chickies at all. It is near Susquehannock State Park (thats how it got its name). Do not climb there, it is closed.
