I started rock climbing in san anotnio TX , but before I could learn more I got stationed in alabama. I also just had major surgery on both knees and feet for nerve damage...(I know stop whining) so If you have room for a beginner to tag along in alabama please let me know. Thanks

Hey knucklehead,
Several of us are going up to Sandrock on Monday the 22nd, if you want to tag along (or meet up).
A little sport, a little trad, and toproping on any of the sport/trad lines that we can actually finish :wink:

WHere in Alabama? My husband will be stationed in Montgomery this summer. I"m a beginner and have had no luck finding a climbing gym in southern Alabama, so I guess I have to learn to boulder outside. Have you been climbing yet since you've been there?

We go out every weekend. Any where from HP40 and Sandrock, to Rocktown in Georgia, and Foster Falls in Tennessee.
Just drop me a line and feel free to join us anytime you get a chance to head up this way for the weekend. We are always happy to have another person join our group, beginner or not.
