In reply to: i heard that there is barely any adults competing in the regional comps...(just goto the usa climbing website and look at the results for adult rec, inter, open) theres only like 1 person in each catagory This is from their website "If you expected to see your name in this comp, but don't, it's for one of a couple reasons. 1) Your membership application is still being processed and you will likely show up in about a week. 2) You still haven't sent in your membership form. Only USA Climbing members are listed and tracked in comp results - it's one of the benefits of being a member. If you still think there's an error, contact your regional coordinator." Not everyone (like me) is a member yet. Most were just testing the waters. Was probibly 20 or so adults at last comp.

I think there are now about five adult female intermediate climbers registered in the adult recreational category. Anyone on the forum that climbs in that category? There are two of us out of Texas on Team Texas. Our home gym is Exposure in Dallas. Deb

im glad to see some adults competing in the usac comps. im 21 and have only been climbing for about a year and a half, but i do enjoy going to these comps. i hope to see a few at nationals (especially if there are any in the female adult advanced category)!
