I was just wondering if anyone has rituals they do before they climb. Like eat a certain food, listen to some kind of music, or anything like that? Or any pre-send rituals, like the way you chalk up your hands or put your harness on in a certain way. What about after climbing. Usualy i go straight for the closet Mcdonalds, need to get somthing fatty in my empty tummy. :shock: :D :)

I dont do anything special before a climb, but I get the Munchies big time for two days after a good mountain day. Seems like I go out, work off a couple of pounds with virtuous excercise, then pig out and put it all back on with wicked over-indulgence. Bey theres a few more just like me eh? Come on guys, own up :twisted:

We always stop for beer and pizza after a good day of chuffing.
Bouldering, we just climb till we drop then drive home.

So far, cold shower with a beer in hand. Hot water stings those scrapes rather much.
