yeah, I'm just complaining about my back about a week ago my back started hurting from no obvious cause... the right side of my back, in the middle close to my spine, aches slightly, and when I move sharp pains start sometimes it is much worse than it was 30 seconds before it is most painful when i get up from laying down; i have to roll and get up sideways... im pretty sure this is a useless, vague, and bitchy post, but does this sound familiar at all? possible causes: bad posture, sleeping position, hard climbing, throwing footballs, ...

hmmm i fell on my back playing soccer and it was sore for about a week and fine for a day and then i had a sharp pain on the spine. i went to the doc and nothin was out of place. he said just give it time and only do what i can stand as far as physical activity was concerned. that lasted for about a month. just strech it out and try not to use it too much good luck man

In reply to: possible causes: bad posture, sleeping position, hard climbing, throwing footballs, ... All of the above could be your problem. Because itīs the back it would be good to se a doctor or a chiropractor (I recomend the chiropractor best, if you need it he'll send you to a doctor).
