Has anyone used 11/16" tubular webbing as a haul line in a pinch?

is there a good way to set a ratchet at the anchor? maybe a Garda hitch?

the situation is one where life is simplified by being able to make a single 80m haul, however my haul rope is only 60m, while I have a full spool of webbing.

The balance of inconvenience is between tying an extension on the haul rope and passing a knot, or hauling on a full length of webbing. I don't want to buy new equipment for this one-off pitch.

my guess is that its easier to haul a rope than webbing ..

. so tye an extension to your haul line -- (perhaps you already have a zip line?) -- then pass the knot while hauling

Yep, good guess Ricardo.

You're going to run into multiple problems if you try this. Webbing will easily shred going over pulleys. It's much easier to just jump a knot.
