I just finished this month's newsletter and have an article on Gym Training Drills that some of you might enjoy, http://www.bodyresults.com/S2drills.asp

Let me know what you think and what other drills you feel are valuable.

I really like your article. It's simple, yet concsiec(??). It seems very logical what you have written. You should put it up as an article on this site, some more people can read it.

Doug, why do you put the endurance training phase before the power phase? I train in the reverse order because I find I lose endurance much faster than I lose power.

You must be referring to our 4-part 10-week rock climbing training articles listed on http://www.bodyresults.com/s1climb.asp. Most people loose power quicker than endurance. The climbing phases follow what Horst' suggests in his How To Climb 5.12 book.

I think the article makes plenty of sense. Also agree that you should put it on this site
