Has any one out there used a Grievl air tech evoloution?I use BD vipers for the technical stuff but I need an axe for approch that will double as a third tool in case one of my vipers breaks or I drop one. Any USEFUL info would be great thanks.

i use that axe for the nontechnical stuff when going up 14ers. it is a nice axe. it gets the job done pretty well. i dont know about using it on vertical ice, but if you happened to drop one of your tools i guess it wouldnt be that bad of a substitute in a dire situation
