You should use the Rawl 5-piece in concrete. If you need the bolt to last a long time, use stainless, otherwise the galvanized ones will work.
The lead sleeves that you screw a lag bolt into are pretty lame. They're really weak.
If you don't need much pull-out strength, you can drill the hole 1/16" smaller than the size of a stainless (or Grade 5) coarse-threaded machine bolt, and then pound it in. That's what a rivet is.
Why do you need to bolt to concrete?

I use powers 1/2", five piece, in sandstone with a hand-drill.
These are standard on my rack, as well as Neil Young.

The original question was about music. I'm not sure why people are talking about concrete.
Now, getting back on topic, if it was a blues concert, I'd use "bolts from the blue."

can i use a regular drill bit or do i need the specail bit?
is there a site that tells everything about bolting?

Is this purely for curiosity? A good website about bolting is the ASCA web site. American Safe Climbing Association: www.safeclimbing.com ASCA is a very responsible group who replaces old unsafe bolts. Sorry if I'm making assumptions, but please wait until you're older before bolting at crags. I don't know many 13 year olds who would understand and appreciate all of the issues that are entailed in bolting. On the ASCA web site just click the EDUCATION link near the top.

A dull spoon is also an exellent way to drill a bolt.
Place the tip of the spoon against the rock-face and
twist until a hole appears. Next, use elmers white glue
to fill the hole. Place the sharp end of any major car-
makers hood ornament into the hole and hold it there
until the glue dries. Clip or girth-hitch any viable
part of the hood ornament. Repeat until route is finished.
