Anyone have any beta on what the climbing conditions are like in the valley right now? I hear there are fires burning on the south rim east of Glacier Point. I wouldn't think that would make the valley too smoky, but things look pretty grim in this webcam:

Trails around Half Dome are closed, Glacier Point road is closed.

The smoke will depend on wind direction, etc, but the Valley is not a good bet right now. Tuolumne had NASTY smoke yesterday, people were bailing to the eastside in droves (some smoke near Mono Lake, but clear Bachar Boulders and south).
