I work at the Washington Mutal on Hampshire and decided to take the five minitue drive down the road to the new boulderdash that is going to be opening at the end of July. I got to meet the owner of the gym and was given a grand tour after they had just finished putting up all the mud on the walls. The place looks killer! Huge walls that go up to forty five feet and massive amounts of bouldering area all around the gym. I was just wondering if anyone is gonna be there the day it opens, anyone from rc.com?

For anyone wondering, the gym is HUGE! Tall, lots of variety, and it looks great! Kudos to Christiaan, Paul, Kier, and all those folks who are making it a reality. Rockreation is a fun place, but the 1+ hour drive down there after work was just brutal.
Only thing is, I feel bad about abandoning the crew at the Calabassas Community Center where I had been climbing regularly. :( Alan, can we make it up to you with regular trips to Tahquitz?
I can't wait!!!
