There is Continental Ranch, never been but plan on it soon.
Its near Lake Amistad. http://www.pecosriverclimbing.com/

Enchanted Rock, of course.

Can't remember the name of it , but west on 71 from Austin and no on 2322 is a park with some over-water climbing.

I know these aren't south of san anton, but they are close...

there has got to be some limestone on or around highway 37 by san anotone
