Just saw on the news that a climber was killed by rockfall on Mount Athabasca. Sad news. No details at this time.

this has really affected me. i know the 2 people who were on the other rope, but this is the first time any of my friends has been involved in an accident like this and it's been hard for me to see them in the after effects.

The link to the Calgary newspaper no longer has the story, and the news office was completely useless. Does anyone have a copy of the article, or can your provide the exact details, names, etc..

Jeff's parents would like his friends to know that there is a memorial bench and a tree that's been planted for him. If you knew Jeff and would like to know where it is, please PM me.
