Webster's not pushing 60! He's younger than I am. But at 52, I guess I'm pushing 60 too, you whippersnapper. :-)

He was 35 when I was in my early twenties. Add twenty years and you are over 55. I found a Dave Webster that did the FA of a wall in Zion called "Tale of the Dragon" Same guy? Webster, where are you, brother? We need to climb together again. Wayno. The Daoist misses you also, along with a bunch of other Cali boys.

The link doesn't work. The Dave I know wasn't into ice, but he could have learned. I'm pretty sure he is in the Southwest somewhere. Thanx anyway.

I did a google search, found hundreds of Dave Websters, clicked on the one with a site called icemaster and found the page. After posting, I went back for another look and found out that this dave is into ice carving, hence the title icemaster. Anyway, happy hunting and hope you find your ol' friend!

I did a search on Alta Vista and found thousands, and then narrowed it by adding the term climbing. I found a couple of leads, but nothing concrete. I really appreciate your kind help. If you ever make it to Seattle, I can take you out to do some trad stuff. I'm always looking for good partners at any level.
