I went to the canyon on thursday and have never seen it so empty. It was pretty sweet climbing with no one around

I hear you man; it seems to be crowded on Saturday and dead throughout the week. Of course I have to admit that I've been elsewhere lately, doing most my climbing in BCC and AF the last couple of months. Soon the snow will come and it will be time to head back to the gym or down South, maybe Moab . . . aaah Moab . . . . . sweet dreams . . .

ahh! are you kidding me! i loved that route, i've lead it tons, a little tough getting the chains clipped/cleaned but it was my first 5.9 lead/onsight. good stuff, i really liked that route, that is lame.

Morons are always chopping bolts. I would hate to find one and be forced to tell him what I think of him.

Yea, sux; those bolts have been gone at least a year now. I'm more upset about the route they chopped off PA's mother. Punks . . .

It's not that I'll miss these little routes all that much, but don't these folks have anything better to do? How 'bout instead of dragging your saw all over creation, get out and actually do some climbing or something.

On a lighter note, if anyone wants to join mtristan, attaboy, Sam, W&W, Micah, Reed and I on a trip to Southern Utah coming up, let me know. We are probably going the first weekend in November. We will camp Friday night in Joe's Valley, do some bouldering in the morning, and then climb all afternoon and evening in the Moab area. We may actually pick another location for the afternoon, but anywhere we go, it's bound to be entertaining. This might be our last big trip before the inevitable snow.
