First of all, this is not a chat room, please write so people can read it. But if you really want to get better at any type of climbing, the best method is to go climb, then climb some more, that's about it. Jamaica 8^) yur welcum

Yea basically, just climb! I hope it would help if I'd post some tecniques here now: Heel hook: Hanging off the wall, and basically swinging a leg up to a hold around hand height. Smear: Putting you're foot on the wall, not using any footholds. Palming: keeping your hand on one hold while making a step up, putting the palm of you're hand on the hold. Not many but I'm sleepy so I can't think well  Hope these helped a lil.

i think that you should go to a local gym, and try it out, or go to EMS (Eastern Mountain Sports) and they give lessons, or buy a climbing book.

In reply to: How old are you and are you good looking? Why don't you nOObs go find a chat room to play around in. This site is about climbing. If this is the kind of stuff that you were planning on posting on a regular basis, then I think that you are at the wrong site.

re. bouldering: 1.find a boulder that looks hard to climb, but not so high you'll die falling off 2. try to get up it 3. keep trying 4. if you get up, find a harder line to climb, or quit using some of the holds you used last time, & go back to #2, or go back to # 1 shoes are nice chalk is fun plan B - keep working the heel-hook on the bridge you live under, and leave us in peace!! :troll:

In reply to: well nobody is helping me. and i already have a bf! Were you expecting someone to hold your hand until you had learned all there was to learn? If that's the case, take the initiative and enroll in a class, many gyms and even some universities offer beginner classes for a decent price.
