Black Diamond Hexcentrics #11, #9, #7

That's what I would buy if I could only add 3 hexes to a single set of nuts.

The #13 ABC Hueco (identical to a BD Stopper #13) when placed sideways (the thicker direction) is the same size as the BD Hex #7 placed skinnywise.

The Hex #7 placed lengthwise matches the Hex #9 placed skinnywise. I just tested all of this.

And I believe the Hex #9 placed lengthwise is about the same as the Hex #11 placed skinnywise.

These 3 Hexes (by Black Diamond) fill out your rack of nuts smoothly, with no large gaps in protection.

And it's nice to have the #9 and the #11 Hexes because most routes will have places to use the #11 skinnywise.

Another solution would be Hexes #7, #8 and #10. Although you give up the #11 which can protect a fairly wide crack when placed lengthwise, you gain a smoother protection system. Yeah, I've talked myself into it.

Black Diamond Hex #7, #8, #10. (I don't know about the sizes of other manufacturers' hexes).

I just got the BD Wired Hexes 7,8,9 so hopefully they do a good job filling out my rack :D
