I know that the most commonly used size line for threading is 9/16th inch into 1 inch tubular. Problem is the manufacturer that I can get webbing from at cost only makes nylon tubular webbing in 1 inch and 11/16. Has anyone tried threading 11/16? Or is it just too big. Thanks guys. -lebn

I'm not absolutely sure (as in I've never done it), but I'm fairly certain that it will thread just as well.

Actually, 11/16 webbing threads quite easily, and in my opinion give a bether feel to the line compared to one threaded with 9/16. The 9/16 can sometimes slide a bit from side to side inside the 1 inch webbing.

-lebn, I'm not sure how easily the 11/16" webbing will thread through the 1" but I just ordered a CRAP ton of it and plan to thread the 11/16" though the 1". I tested it with two pieced that were about a foot long and it went in no problem. The line feels realy beffy which I think will feel good to walk on. I should be getting my webbing this week and threading / walking on it this weekend. I'll let ya' know how it goes! ~jOsh
