hi

im andy, im just starting to climb at the age of 15 and think its great, a few of my teachers go each year to a big mountain to try an conqour it always suceeding, which is the team i want to join, of course they've no idea until tow but you know they can't really say no.

any advice

what kind of mountrain?? are we talking trekking or climbing??? what do you want to improve???

i can already give you one advice though. work on your cardio. you alway need that when climbing mountains.
