I can't get Quick Search to work, can anyone give me a link(s) to any system board pages. Some ideas of how to set my wall up and workout ideas would be cool. Peace.

i cant remeber exactly where (and i dont have the time to search right now) but there are some really nice pics of system boards.

other than that, the same principles apply as for hangboard training, you jsut have more grip and weight reduction options (and can work some moves as well, like lock offs), so i suggest looking at hangboard threads.

I can't get Quick Search to work,

Search, as far as I am aware, has always been clunky at best. Search for users... doesn't work AT ALL...

Yeah, I've seen the website that has a link to the Huber's article but I want to find actual photos or drawings of walls that are in use. I own the HIT strips that Horst markets and am thinking about building a system board/wall around those. Does anyone else use these for system training?
