Hi, could anyone direct me to a book and/or website that contains warm-up stretches and exercises that are aimed at preventing/helping shoulder and elbow injuries? I've been doing more bouldering lately, and the constant crux moves have caused me to start feeling elbow tendonitis, as well as sharp pain in one of my shoulders, right on top where the little collarbone nub is. I've read a bit about exercising the opposing muscles, but am not sure what this entails. Thank you in advance to anyone who can help! :D

Eric J. Hörst and his book "Howto climb 5.12" has some pretty good stretches and muscle workouts. Beside that, it is also a great book to buy :D It does worth it. -- climb_463

Thank you so much. I'll make sure to try these stretches before I do any climbing.

I also find that pushups help tremendously.
