Hi all, This might be a bit off topic but I just read an interesting article, how to evaluate a new business opportunity and was wondering if anyone here knows of any really good books or magazines on business and economy (Your favorites etc.) Thanks, Evan

And why would your first post on a rock climbing web site be about business books? Rob

Looks like an MLM focused article to me. Is that what you are looking for? The potential payout is huge and legitimate with minimal financial risk but there are thousands who come up short and simply feed the top. It's the simplest, hardest business in the world. There is gobs of information out there, if you are looking in a particular direction, I may be able to help you out. PM me if you'd like. This is definately not the forum. Jeff

The Economist is a publication out of Britain that you can find at most news stands, it covers a range of topics in business, economics, and headline news throughout the world. Its my personal favorite. Business Week is another magazine that covers corporate business news and appears to be fairly unbiased though it tends to cater towards the upper crust of the social scale but no less befitting anyone with intellectual quality. If you are looking for books go to any college text book store and look in the sections labeled economics, business, or marketing and you will get a slew of texts that cover macro/micro-econ, international econ, business management, marketing tools, and a whole bunch of other junk YOU SHOULD JUST DISCARD AND GO CLIMBING.
