So this morning I was feeling the need for a nice, warm latte. But to my own dismay, I do not have and espresso machine or a steam wand. So sad... so I tried making my own latte; homemade with coffee, milk and honey. I then realized that it is just a café au lait with honey. Damn! It makes me sad... coffee and espresso... oh the differences!! Woe is me. Yeah, sob story of the day. HA I couldn't make myself a latte. Then again, I work at a coffee shop so I've grown quite fond of espresso over the past few months. -peace and coffee for all.

You should share the wealth of the espresso machine! Actually, I ran down to Jitters and had myself a mocha today so I am a bit more content...

I feel your pain, however, I've got an incredible twenty year old Olympia Espresso Machine, very high end that my ex didn't want when we divorced. It makes the best espresso and steamed milk of any machine I've ever used. I'm not gloating mind you, just enjoying incredible lattes and cafe cubanos in the morning.
