Morning folks. Long weekend for me that involved no rock or other sport of any kind but the fundraiser did manage to pull in over $500K for Cystic Fibrosis research so being a small part of that feels pretty cool. Nevertheless I am dragging ass pretty hard core today. I'll have a XXXL coffee with a hsot of espresso and a tall stack of pancakes with a double side of bacon if that grill gets fired up.

how do folks
back after a weekend of burning stuff. unfortunatly there was no rock involved, but there was alot of rugby, so alls not too bad. saw great britain see of the kiwis on saturday and then played my first game in nearly six months on sunday. i had forgotten how much it hurts for a day or so after. oh well, there is always beer

We had won the last 7 games. We were playing the Steelers at their home stadium. Even a hardened Philly Sports fan knew that the chances of us losing were fairly high.
The thing is, it's not that upsetting.
