Tonight i signed up for 2 tough man contest in michigan one in july and one in augest. So I need to start traing for it but I dont want to waste all the time and engery I put in climbing and lose my flex. So any way what do you guys and gals suggest? I have not been training for a wile because...I have been going through some rough family times. But now I need to start training again, but now need to come up with a routine. Thanks
