After checking weather forecasts for days and days, we decided to bail on a Zion trip for T-day weekend due to projected precipitation. Some forecasts called for low percentage of precip, while others made it seem like it was inevitable. What really happened in Zion Thursday through Sunday? Any rain or snow? Which forecaster got it right?

I went down to zion on thursday, it was nice and sunny on thursday, cloudy but not threatening on friday, and cloudy and threatening on saturday, I drove home to salt lake on saturday night in one of the worst snow storms I have ever driven in. I-15 was a complete whiteout as I headed north, so I can only imagine what hit zion later that night and into sunday. Sketchypro from this site stayed in zion through sunday, he will have the best answers.
