I have that bag. I haven't hauled it up a wall yet though. There are a few differences from the el cap bag but I think the cheif seems pretty good. It's discounted price is a real bonus. It is 9400 cubic inches I beleive. So it is 200 cubic inches smaller than the el cap but with a way better price.

Correct. Older model, and only SLIGHTLY smaller than the El Cap. Different suspension system, not quite as bitchin', but bitchin' enough.
I own both the Chief and the El Cap.
Buy it if it's a good price.
Also, I believe it is Smithclimber who has a few for sale at a good price. You should check with him first, as we ought to support our own.

Yeh, I got my bag from smithclimber. The suspention is a bit different and not as comfy but it still works.

Ya, Smithclimber will hook you up. Great bags. Suspension is OK, but nothing a little foam & duct-tape can't fix. Ha ha.
