It says a walk, but I don't think it would matter if they sprinted. A lot harder to reproduce that way, but with the drive being what it is, they'd figure out a way.

Suffice to say I have spent an inordinate amount of time closely inspecting Flintstones children's Chewable vitamins. Betty is most definitely in there.
