I thought it would be nice to contribute to RC.com so I wouldn't have to endure being snowed in with the site off-line, but my wife, who has complete comtrol of my money, said we would have to go with the "dubya" plan

In reply to: In reply to: Two New Ropes...Both of the ones i use have gashes in them and are heavily worn! I hope this is a joke. Seriously, I wish it was as well...well, my new one has a gash in it so it is a 40 meetre rope. then the 50M rope is about 12 years old...hehe

ok for real, id buy a few mid to large friends, probably a 2.5, 3, 4, and 5. (drool) being mostly a gunks climber, my mid to large selection of cams is very lacking. id also pick up a blue alien, (drool dripping down chin) thats about 300 so far then, o i dunno, id probably grab a pair of marathons or another comfy shoe, my mythos are wearing out. (saliva glands getting tired) hmm Then id spend whats left of it on a mini traxion and a microcender. (puddle of drool on floor... ) yeah 500 bucks would be sweet, but it takes me a good 6 months or more to come up with that kinda money to spend on climbing gear, o well.
