I began climbing in April and have been busy learning new things every day. My friend Heather and I bought a rack together and are learning to lead on moderate routes (with careful instruction from friends) at the Gunks. Now that it is too cold to climb rock, we have ventured into ice. I have been told I swing my axes like a girl, so I have been trying to get lots of practice!! I will be moving to North Conway NH from June through February!! Whohoo!
