I live in the worst possible climbing region and am hopelessly addicted to the sport. I'll boulder, climb sport or trad or just scramble and hike. Just give me a friggin' rock. Being a climber in Kansas requires a friendly relationship with a gas-friendly car. I'm finishing up my last semester at K-State (graduate May '05) so I leave Manhappiness every couple of weeks to go to my "home" crag, HCR, or out to Boulder, or basically anywhere close enough to squeeze in two days of climbing before I head back to flatland and class. A true weekend warrior.
