I've been climbing since 1987. I enjoy Trad and Sport climbing. Despite the photo of myself sans helmet, I now wear one all the time. When I bought one for my son when he was 3 years old, I guess I needed to set an example.
What can I say, I love climbing. It's addictive. On the sharp end of the rope, climbing requires all of your attention. Its demands are physical, mental, and emotional.
