I recently returned to the sport with a particular determination to climb, climb, and climb again. I want to start leading soon. I'm neither a sissy girl, but nor am I an adrenaline junkie. I'm climbing 5.8s & 5.9s (sport). I have trad experience. I'm a great belay, to which my partner will attest.
As for gear, well, uh.... I have all that's necessary to clean/set a top rope and climb with. I'm not a gear mooch, and I'm slowly acquiring. I'm saving up for that rope purchase!
