This bag is not great, but I got it free with my rope. Stuffing a flaked rope into it is a chore, but it can be done. I really dislike the flimsy zipper closure, which can easily get untracked. The big attached tarp is nice. Like the other guy said, it gets the job done. Someday I'll get a ropemaster and use this for a spare.

i really don't like this bag, it came free with my rope, and after school today i'm going to by a Metolius Rope Ranger. One of the zippers broke when i dropped the bag (with rope in it) off a 5 foot boulder. you can't flake the rope and get it to fit inside the bag all the way, the only way i could find was to coil it. I finally just cut the tarp out of it and have been flaking my rope onto the tarp and rolling up the tarp and then keeping it closed with a bungee cord. It works, it was free, so i use it.

a sweet bad and super cheap ( like 10 dollars) the only down side to the bag is that there are no straps, but that can be changed with a few feet of webbing
