like far_east_climber, also bought these to supplement nuts, in my case the RE alunuts. i found them to fit well in small cracks, although the only time i took a fall on one it ripped every time (it was the first piece on a route, so fell three times on it). however, it's most likely that that was just because i placed it wrong, and because it was a mucky limestone crack. these are strong, light, and cheap (esp when bought off the RE website), and a great buy.

these tiny nuts are the same nuts as the trango 'brassies'. see the brassies reviews for more info.

Managed to get these for a mere $29. I use these to supplement my WC nuts. The WC lack in the small sizes (unliked BD's) so these RE nuts were a great way to balance it all out. They have an old-school taper-design so it allows you to mix-up your placements well. Get them.

I got this set of brass to supplement my BD nuts, esp. the smallest sizes. As a supplement, they rock. Nothing as small as the BD1 and BD2, but the RE1 and RE2 come before the BD3. RE3 before BD 4. RE4 and RE5 before BD5. RE6 before BD6. This means that you have pretty much doubled your small nuts with much stronger rated pieces -- the smallest REs are still rated at 6kN, blasting the BD4 and smaller's weaker wires.
