the foam is awesome, although i would like a little bit more acreage. the backpack straps r ok, and i would like a pouch, but hey, you don't land on the pouch, do u?

I bought this new for $85 so for the money it is perfect. I have an older cordless pad also that I bought used. Having both pads is perfect cause I can put the metolius pad inside the cordless for carying together.

Good performing pad, that folds and transports well. The metal buckles are nice as touch also, making things a bit more bomb-proof. Only downside being the harness system. It's a bit ackward, and doesn't have the hip straps to help stablize the system.
Still a good system and worth the purchase though..

this pad gives a nice catch, but is definitely small. great to add to the pile though, and fits inside the large metolius pad really well for carrying.
