Everything on this harness is adjustable, which works quite well I'm my opinion. Its really nice to just dial in your size/fit everywhere and just climb your brains out. It's not the most padded harness I've ever seen, but I've never had any issue with discomfort either, even in the crotch. Only 4 gear loops, but they're solid and the whole thing weighs around a pound. get one.
