A nice solid biner. It would be nice if the open gate strength was higher but it is still one of the stronger biners in the economical oval market.
Buy it in the 6 pack and get 1 free if you can - it saves $$.

I prefer the Omega Pacific oval to the standard Black Diamond oval because it has a higher strength rating and comes at a cheaper price.
One thing I dislike is the fact that it only has a 6KN open gate rating. You'll notice the BD is also rated to 6KN when open. I wish these companies would try to bring it up to 8KN!
