these are pretty comfortable shoes once you get them broken in. the leather's real nice and soft. only downside is that the front area is a bit wider than most shoes. the padded heel is nice, makes hooking a lot more comfortable, though i'm considering sanding down the edge it has on the sides of the heels (i like the rounded profile on the heels). overall a great shoe (can't complain about shoes that are perpetually on sale)

These shoes have been discontinued. I bought a pair and they are a good shoe for edging and smearing. They take a while to break in, but since they are unlined leather they do eventually stretch to your foot. Inside the heel and toe box the seams can be a bit uncomfortable, but if you use socks it is not noticable.
