send your shoes somewhere else
Review by: KCN, 2010-03-03
I sent my shoes to them waited a month didnt hear anything from them sent them an e-mail to make sure they got there they replied that they had them and would be finished the next day I then got another e-mail a week later saying the rubber I wanted was a couple of weeks back ordered so this means my shoes were there for a month before they even looked at them and the resole order if you want your shoes back in time for spring you better send them to the rubber room in November or go with rock and resole in boulder and you'll have em back in about 10 days

I've had 3 resoles done by these guys. I like that they have rubber options and the turnaround has been pretty quick, shoes back around 2 weeks every time.
First pair was my mythos, which turned out well. When I got them resoled for the second time the toe delaminated quickly and the rand patch delammed which quickly turned into a hole which was not repairable.
Next was the miura's which delammed at the toe and along the rand repair within a few weeks.
I'd say they are somewhat hit/miss, and I'm going to be shopping around.

Rubber Room Resoles: Great Job
Review by: jay2817, 2007-05-11
I've used them for many, many years. I always mail them in, and get them back fast. The cost seems reasonable to me. Their resoling jobs always hold up longer than the rubber. This is in contrast to, for instance, a famous shop in Colorado whose resoles often came unglued around the edges of the soles well before the rubber was worn down. I recommend them without any reservations.
