I love these shoes. They don't stretch much and since they are curved a litte you will need at least 1/2 size bigger. I wear street shoes of 12 and my hookers are 11 and are tight. I wish I went with a 12. They do stick like mad and the rubber on the toe has helped me in numerous situations.

I would have given these shoes a 4 had the rubber on the sole not ripped after only two months. Now they get a 2 for the less than adequate reliability.
I used the hookers mainly inside and they performed pretty good for shoes that cost me less than $80. The rubber on the upper above the toe is excellent for toe hooking but the downside is that out in the sun they get real hot on top. An aggressive heel cup is great for heel hooking and the dual density rubber makes it easier to grab small holds with your feet. However, I think the dual density rubber does reduce some of the smearing ability of the shoe.
I bought my pair a size up from my street shoes but they still hurt the top of the big toe at first. After a month, the rubber stretched enough to be quite comfortable. Also, I think it helped that I figured out how to get fully into the heel cup.
When Mad Rock increase the quality of the rubber, I'll recommend these shoes. Until then you may have to spend a little more cash on a better quality pair.

not only did the rubber wear off my hookers in the toes but the bottom ripped, literally RIPPED off while i was reaching for a hold off a smeared foot, leading to a swinging fall. these shoes look cool - but not much else.

Everyone knows soft rubber wears fast. This did not wear though, it simply delaminated after maybe fifteen days moderate to heavy use. If they can dial back the gum-o-meter on that rubber, so that the shoes don't come apart on you like an eraser, this will be a fair product. Until then I am taking my money and buying Evolves or the old standby mythos.
