I ended up using these shoes for onsite and redpoints at my hardest level. That is where they excel. I used them almost completely for edging climbing on sandstone. The fit is unforgiving if purchased too small. And because it is syth. in the two pairs I owned, I wore through above the middle toe knuckle. The rubber: each pair lasted 3 to 4 months of medium to heavy use on sport and plastic routes. The heel on 5.10s never fit my foot, hence only 4 stars. I would now hesistate to purchase because of the price.

AHH SKEET SKEET!!
that's really all there is to say 'bout these things.
they climb like mad, and the rubber sticks like a crackhead to a pipe.
theyre my new favorite peice of gear, and ill start free-soloing naked before you get me to give these things up.

I wanted to give this shoe a 10 but I couldn't, thats how sick this shoe is. The Rubber is BY FAR the best in the world, and this shoe fits awsome, I tried Anasasis and the heel was just too deep but these are perfect, I boulder alot so when I'm on overhangs I wish the toe hooked a little more, but they're still super workable.
I thought that I wouldn't like doing heel hooks in these because I was climbing in Madrocks before I got these, boy was I wrong these heel hook like a dream. GET THESE SHOES AND YOU WILL CLIMB BETTER!!!

After Constantly fighting with sizing issues on these babies I think I found one that fits. The rubber is MAD sticky and I can finally edge on those F**** dime edges. The price of course was high but worth it. My only gripe is that the heel might be cut a bit too deep... I cant seem to get my big flas footed heel all the way into the back... But this is also my first pair of performance shoes and maybe they are supposed to feel like that. Being the first 5.10's I have owned. I will see how they perform in the long run.
