A good buy for a first set. No major problems except maybe a little heavier and expensive than some other brands. These place and clean rather easily in most circumstances. I prefer the [b][color=red][url=http://www.rockclimbing.com/gear/product.php?p=441&list=1]DMM walnuts[/url][/color][/b] myself.

Why can't you rate things within a decimal? If so, I'd rate this piece as 3.5. Don't get me wrong, this is a solid stopper all the way around. It has decent sizing, identifies well, stiffer cable to aid in placements, etc. I just happen to find that they don't fit placements as well as some other pieces on my rack. And, more often then not, I'll over look these for something else. Especially when gripped. Although, they have found their place, and do get used. Just not as often as other pieces. In my opinion, it comes down to the taper, being a tad to large at the ends.
This is still a good buy though, especially with other stoppers on the rack. It's a piece that's tried and true, having been around from quite some time now..

Superb product, but expensive. Buy ABC Huevos instead- they are identical in every important aspect except the price.
