Review 5 out of 5 stars

i love these shoes, climbed mostly in 5,10 moccs before, and i love how much more asymetrical and downturned these are. the arch is what makes the shoe, and the heel cup fits me much better than anasazi heels. I use them mainly for steep sport climbing in the RRG

Great shoes overall. Heel has never slipped on a heel hook, and the rubber over the big toe makes toe hooking easy. I do have a toe altering calus on each of my big toes from this, but that's a small price to pay. I got one full season out of the rubber, and I now have a small hole on one of the toes. Considering I climb several times a week indoor and out, the rubber lasted a long time.

Best shoes I've ever had. Very tight fit and deep arch with aggressive toe camber does not make it suitable for beginners... but helped push me up from 5.10's to 5.11's!

These things are wonderful! I do miss the sensitivity/ease of my slippers (La Sportiva Cobras) but I can't imagine a better lace up. In addition to edging like crazy these shoes are far more comfortable than I expected. The testarossa is by far my favorite pair of shoes that I've owned and IMO are well worth the money. If you have nice footwork they should last a while too.

I love my Tertarossas for sport climbs! These little guys stick to the rock like glue and hold my feet in a strong and secure position. I can definitely tell a difference when the foot holds are small. I wouldn't use these guys for trad however unless I wanted to break one of my curled up toes! It's true that they're surprisingly comfortable while climbing, but I look forward to taking them off as soon as I can after the climb.
